List View

The list view provides a clear display of the recordings, sorted by date (newest first). By default, the conversations of the last 7 days are displayed. When you select a recording, the detailed view opens, see Recording Details and Metadata.

Click on the icon to change to list view.

1	Table	The table provides an overview over the conversations. By default, the past 7 days are displayed. To change the time frame, see Filter.
2	Columns	Table columns can be added, removed and reordered. All columns and their settings are described in the sub-items on this page. NOTICE! Only available in List View.
3	List View	Button for List View.

Column Settings

The List View shows information of a recording. Unlike tile view, you can specify the details displayed in the column settings.

The feature Column settings are only available in the List View.

Please note that the selection of possible columns in Conversation Safe is different.

Click on the icon Columns.
All setting options are displayed according to the specifications in the user rules:

Displayed columns

Displayed columns are marked with a blue checkbox.

Click on symbol on the right to move the columns up or down or change the position via drag and drop.
Click on the checkbox to remove the column from the table. The inactive columns will be listed at the end of the window.

All deactivated columns.

Hidden columns are marked with an empty checkbox.

Click on the checkbox to add the column to the table.
Click on symbol on the right to move the columns up or down or change the position via drag and drop.

Click on the button Save to save the settings.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.

Table

The table shows a list of recordings. The following metadata/attributes are displayed in the list view for each recording. The recordings can be sorted according to the metadata/attributes.

To sort the columns by specific metadata/attributes, click on the column headline.
For an ascending or a descending sort sequence, the icons or are displayed next to the column headline respectively.

Internal conversations: Conversations within the organization. Chat: Conversations in text form. Uploaded: manually uploaded files.
/ Selectable	Duration	Shows the duration of the recording.
