Trigger action

Option/Function		Description
Trigger Action		Activate the check box Trigger Action to activate and configure the option to change the retention time (TTL).
−	No Action	Retention time is not changed.
−	Set TTL	Define new specifications for the retention time. NOTICE! If the retention time (TTL) is 0 days, the recording including all metadata is deleted irrevocably on the next day.

2	Yes selected	Number of days until the retention time expires. Example 360 days
3	No selected	Number of days until the retention time expires. Example 90 days
	Check Validity	Validity is only checked when the key expiration date has been activated. Activate key expiration date, see Tenant configuration > Edit tenant configuration > Rotation type Interval. Click on the button Check Validity. The following warning is displayed: Click on the button Yes to confirm the validity check.
