Integration Job
Integration jobs enable the connection of Recording Insights with the collaboration platforms Zoom, RingCentral, Genesys, Dynamics and LeapXpert. These jobs can be used to automatically import and analyze recordings. Specific login information and additional licenses are required, see Assign User Configuration.
An integration job cannot be deleted. An integration job can only be deactivated, see Edit Integration Job.
