Assign user configuration

To ensure complete recording and analysis capability, rules for recordings, replay, access rights and analyses must be added, see Configure recording rule, Configure replay rule, Configure access & right, Configure analytics rule.

Only already created rules can be selected. For information about the creation of rules see Tab Rules.

These configurations can either be assigned to a single user or several users simultaneously.

Individual Users:

  1. Click on the icon next to the user to open the user configuration.

Multiple users:

  1. Select the users who are to receive the same configuration,
  2. click on the button Change,to open the user configuration.

The following options can be adjusted in the user configuration:

Option/Function

Description

Recording

Defines the conditions under which recording takes place, which content (e.g. audio, video, chat) is saved and how long it is saved.

Replay

Defines which recordings a user or group may view and play.

  • Select a replayback rule from the drop-down list.
  • Default replay rules:
    • Replay All
    • Replay No,
    • Replay Own

Access & Right

Defines rights and access for the user, e.g. administrator rights.

Analytics

Determines if and when recordings are analyzed.

Regional storage

Specifies the preferred regional storage location for recordings.

  • Select the storage location in the field Regional Storage.
    • If no regional storage location is selected, the regional storage location from the tenant configuration is used.
    • The regional storage location may differ from the setting in the tenant configuration.

Add On

Assign one or several add ons to a user or a group, see Information about the license packages.

  • Additional license Analytics : Extended analysis capabilities beyond the basic functions.
  • Additional license Chat Total: Access to additional chat functions.
  • Additional license AI Policy Engine: Access to the AI Policies tab and all AI-supported analysis procedures,  see user manualRecording Insights.
  • Quality Management add-on: Access to the evaluation functions of the Quality Management feature, see User ManualRecording Insights.
  • Additional Zoom license: Integration of Zoom within the system.
  • Genesys Integration Indicator: Integration with Genesys, which unlocks further functions within this platform.
  • Add On Ring Central: use further functions of Ring Central.
  • LeapXpert integration Indicator: Integration with LeapXpert for specific functions.
  • Additional Dynamics license: Access to certain Dynamics CRM functions.
