  1. Click on the button Add Job .
  2. Click on the button Integration Job.
  3. Click on the button Save to save the settings.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.

Job Name

Umambiguous name for the integration job.

NOTICE! When saving the Integration Job, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another Integration Job.

Enabled

Activates/deactivates the integration job with the button .

  • On = The integration job has been activated and is executed according to schedule. The job is started automatically upon clicking on the button Save.
  • Off = The integration job has been deactivated.

Integration Type

Selection of the platform. Displays associated fields for login information.

Credentials

Enter specific access data such as user name, JWT token or private key, depending on the platform, see Integration Type.

Sync Rule

NOTICE! Dynamic display of Sync Rule, Automatic Link and All Recordings.

Sync Rule: Dynamic display for Zoom, RingCentral, Genesys and LeapXpert.

  1. Click on the button Sync Rule.
    • On = Upon clicking on the button Save, you are forwarded to the Zoom portal to configure the recording rule for the Recording Insights app in the Zoom portal.
    • Off = Deactivate synchronization if the recording rule has already been activated in the Zoom portal.

NOTICE! This option allows configuring the recording rules of Recording Insights directly in Zoom.

Automatic Link

Automatic Link: Dynamic display for Dynamics.

  1. Click on the button Automatic Link.
    • On = Conversations will be automatically linked with Dynamics entities (e.g. contacts, opportunities or cases).
    • Off = Conversations won't be automatically linked with Dynamics entities (e.g. contacts, opportunities or cases).

All Recordings

All Recordings: Dynamic display for Genesys.

NOTICE! This can be used for clients who do not have individual user accounts in Recording Insights for Genesys users.

  1. Click on the button All Recordings.
    • On = Transfers all recordings from all Genesys users to a specific defined single user.
    • Off = No transfer of recordings.

Processing Region

Determines the geographical region from which the data is to be imported.

NOTICE! The processing region should be the same as the continental region EU, USA, APAC.
