Upload

This feature enables the manual uploading of voice recordings in various file formats. After the uploading the recording is displayed in the tab Recordings. If analysis is enabled for the user, the configured analysis rules will be applied. The analysis rule is responsible for the correct transcription of speech-to-text. The transcription starts automatically after uploading the recording file.

Video files can be uploaded but only the voice recording will be analyzed. There is no video import.
It is not possible to upload multiple files at once.

  1. The Upload tab is open, see Tab Settings.
  1. Click on the drop-down to select a language for speech-to-text transcription.
  2. Click on the button Upload File.
  3. A file manager opens.
  4. Choose the recording you want to upload.
  5. Click Open to upload the file.
  1. The recording is automatically uploaded, transcribed and saved.
  2. The recording is displayed in the tab Recordings.

Please note that the displayed recording start time reflects the upload timestamp, not the original recording time.
The file name will be used as recording title.
