  1. Click on the icon to change to list view.
  2. The recordings are listed by date (last one first).

List of recordings

The following metadata/attributes are displayed for each recording in the list view. The recordings can be sorted by metadata/attributes.

To sort the recordings by metadata/attributes, click on the respective column headline.
The icons and are displayed for an ascending and descending sort sequence respectively.

Displayed columns:

(Conversation type)

= incoming
= outgoing
= internal
= meeting
= chat
= manually uploaded recordings

Header

Displays the header of the recording:

  • Manually uploaded recordings = file name, recording ID
  • Discussion, name of the discussion
  • Name of the participants
  • Chat and name of the participants

Media

= audio recording
= video recording
= screen recording
= chat recording

Date

Recording date

Start

Displays the following start time:

  • Beginning of the call for audio and video calls
  • Beginning of the meeting
  • Beginning of the chat

Duration

Shows the duration of the recording.

Owner

Displays the owner of the call.

Participants

Number and names of the participants

Notes

  • YES = Note is available
  • NO = No note is available.

Transcript

  • YES = A transcript of this recording is available.
  • NO = No transcript of this recording is available.

Conversation ID

Recording ID of the conversation created by Recording Insights

Displays the retention time (TTL)
