List View

The list view provides a clear display of the recordings, sorted by date (newest first). By default, the conversations of the last 7 days are displayed. When you select a recording, the detailed view opens, see Recording Details and Metadata.

Click on the respective spade label to sort the conversations by it.

  1. Click on the icon to change to list view.

  1. Click on or to change the order of the columns.
  2. Click on the checkbox to remove the column from the table.

Table

The table shows a list of recordings. The following metadata/attributes are displayed in the list view for each recording. The recordings can be sorted according to the metadata/attributes.

To sort the columns by specific metadata/attributes, click on the column headline.
For an ascending or a descending sort sequence, the icons or are displayed next to the column headline respectively.
