Analytics reports

An analytics report is an overview to analyze conversations based on keywords, categories, and policies.

To be able to create analytics reports, an analytics license must be available in the system and configured for the user.

Description

Number Of Calls With Keyword

Overview of how many of the selected conversation types contain the indicated keyword. The report shows the frequency and distribution of the keyword within the recordings.

NOTICE! Only one keyword is allowed.

In the field Keyword, you can enter the keyword to be searched to create a report of all conversations containing this keyword.

Number Of Calls With Category

Overview of how many of the recordings belong to the selected category. Allows analyzing the distribution of recordings among categories, see Category.

NOTICE! Only already created categories can be selected.

In the field Category Selection, you can select one or several categories from the drop-down list to create a report of all conversations which meet the specifications of the category.

AI Categorization

Overview of categorizations of identified keywords from AI categorization.

Policy Hits

Overview of how many of the recordings contain policy hits of the policy selection. This reports serves to identify the deployment of policies and to be able to analyze recordings related to these policies more closely, see Policies.

NOTICE! Only already created policies can be selected.

In the field Policy Selection, you can select one or several policies from the drop-down list to create a report of the conversations which meet the specifications of this policy.

= Policy removed.

Policy compared

Overview of how many of the recordings contain policy hits of the policy selection and how many do not. These qualities are indicated by hit if the policy is met and by no hit if the policy is not met. This report shows compliance or non-compliance with the policy selection and allows for direct comparison, see Policy.

Category compared

Overview of how many of the recordings match the category and how many do not. These qualities are indicated by hit if the category is met and by no hit if the category is not met. This report compares compliance or non-compliance with the selected category, see Category.
