Tab Policies
Policies activate and apply preconfigured or individually created policy rules to conversations of individual users or groups. Compliance officers and compliance employees can create, select, administrate, assign, activate or deactivate policies with preconfigured or individual policy rules.
To use and manage the AI Policies tab, an additional Compliance license is required for the Compliance Officer or Compliance employee.
Activate the permissions for the AI policies tab, see Administration Manual Recording Insights Configure > tab Settings > User configuration > tab Rules > Access rule for user access - user rights
- Click on the button Add policy to create a new policy, see Add policy.
