Edit Question

You can use the Edit Question function to change existing questions to ensure that they meet the current requirements.

  1. Select a Question for editing.
  2. Click on the button Edit Question
  3. The following window is displayed:

Option/Function

Description

Name

Unambiguous name of the question.

Description

Description of the question and its purpose.

AI Question

The actual question asked by the AI Assistant.

Active

Indicates whether the question can be actively used. The setting is made via a toggle switch.

  1. Slide the toggle switch for Active to the left or right.
  2. Toggle switch on the left: The AI Question is not active and is only created.
  3. Toggle switch on the right: The AI Question is active and can be used.

Log interaction

Indicates whether interactions with this question are logged. The setting is made via a toggle switch.

  1. Slide the toggle switch for Log interaction to the left or right.
  2. Toggle switch on the left: Log interaction is not active. The question cannot be displayed as a report in the Dashboard tab, see Audit events for creating an audit report.
  3. Toggle switch on the right: Log interaction is active. The question can be displayed in the Dashboard tab as a report under Audit log, see Audit events for creating an audit report.

Automated / On demand

Indicates whether the question is asked automatically or on request. This selection is relevant in order to configure the question in the replay rule or to use it as a basis for creating a policy. When you create a AI Question, the default setting is always manual. The setting is made via a toggle switch.

Indicates where the question can be used. The setting is made via a toggle switch.

  1. Slide the toggle switch for Automated / On demand to the left or right.
  2. Toggle switch on the left:
  3. On demand is active. The question can be selected in the replay rule. The AI Assistant question is answered if the corresponding replay rule is assigned and the AI Assistant question is configured in this rule.

  5. Toggle switch on the right:
  6. Automated is active. question can be selected as a basis in the policy creation, see Add policy. You can select these for automatic execution when creating the policy.

Save result

Indicates whether the question and answer are saved. The setting is made via a toggle switch.

  1. Slide the toggle switch for Save result to the left or right.
  2. Toggle switch on the left: Save result is not active. The AI Assistant question is not visible in the Recordings > Detailed view > AI Assistant History tab, see AI Assistent History.
  3. Toggle switch on the right: Save result is active. The AI Assistant question is visible in the Recordings > Detailed view > AI Assistant History tab, see AI Assistent History.
  1. Click on the button Save to save the settings.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
