New UI | Tab Recording

The new user interface (UI) for Recording Insights will be available at the end of 2025 as web version and in Teams. To ease the transition process, it is still possible to switch to the old user interface, see number 2 in the image description. The old user interface will be discontinued in the future.
The new UI introduces a modernized and consistent design with a clearer layout and improved navigation. It provides better accessibility, enhanced mobile usability, and a streamlined user experience.
Currently, the new UI is available only for the Recordings tab. The remaining tabs will be updated gradually in future releases.
Main improvements:
- Simplified navigation and clearer visual hierarchy for intuitive use.
- Consistent design and interaction patterns across all views.
- Responsive layout for optimal use on desktop and mobile devices.
- Support for accessibility standards (WCAG) including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus management, color contrast and accessible labels.
- Modernized visual design based on Microsoft Fluent UI 9 for improved performance and clarity.
The Recording tab provides a central workspace to manage, search, and review all recorded communications within Recording Insights. The redesigned interface offers an intuitive and user-friendly layout, enabling users to quickly access conversations, apply filters, and view essential metadata. Depending on your user rights, additional functions such as exporting data or live monitoring may be available.

2 | Help, Refresh and Live View | Possibility to switch to old user interface. This will be removed in the future. Includes functions for real-time monitoring of calls, recording on-demand, filling in custom fields during the call, reloading the page and a help with links to the manuals , see Help, Refresh and Live View. |
3 | Search and Filter | The Search bar supports search across conversations through different conversation details. |
4 | View, Table and Export | Includes functions to manage the table settings and to export conversations, see View, Table and Export. |
5 | Recording details and metadata | An overview of the recordings appears below the recording management. The recordings can be displayed as a list or tile view, see View, Table and Export.
