Recording Details and Metadata

The detail view of recordings provides an in-depth display of individual conversations, including all available media, metadata, and analytical results. Users can review audio, video, and screen recordings, see participant information, and replay conversations with a waveform visualization that highlights key moments and detected sentiments.

Additional tools such as the transcript offer speaker-separated text with timestamps, keyword highlighting, and search functions. Custom fields, evaluation results, and quality management features support structured analysis and compliance monitoring. The Actions menu extends functionality with options to share, export, secure, or reprocess recordings.

Depending on configuration and user rights, the integrated AI Assistant can further enhance the analysis by answering predefined or free-text questions and summarizing conversation content.
