Recording State
A recording can have different statuses. For example, a recording can be archived after a certain period of time or added to a Conversation Safe folder. Sometimes the replaying or deletion of a recording must be reviewed or approved by a supervisor. In this case, the recording is made available in “To Do” for the responsible person.

1 | Recordings | Shows all recordings in a list or tile view, see Recordings. |
2 | To Do | Shows all recordings where you have a task to complete, see To Do. |
3 | Archive | Shows all recordings that have been archived, see Archived. |
4 | Conversation Safe | Shows all recordings that have been saved in a Conversation Safe Folder, see Conversation Safe. |
