Recording State

A recording can have different statuses. For example, a recording can be archived after a certain period of time or added to a Conversation Safe folder. Sometimes the replaying or deletion of a recording must be reviewed or approved by a supervisor. In this case, the recording is made available in “To Do” for the responsible person.
