Filter

Define the criteria according to which the displayed records are to be filtered. One filter can be saved permanently for each user. The settings can be changed any time. The filter settings can also be saved without filter criteria (default), see figure Define filter setting (example: No filter is set up, no specifications by a replay rule).

If specifications have been defined in the replay rule, the symbol is displayed. Exception: If a standard filter is created in the replay rule, the icon is displayed. The user can activate or deactivate the standard filter.

  1. Click in the field Conversation type.

Cycle

  1. Click in the field Cycle.
  2. Select a cycle from the drop-down list.

Start Time
End time

Individual start time and end time.

  1. Select the required date and time.

(Recording Durations (minutes)) (minutes)

Selection of calls based on the recording duration in minutes.

  1. In the field From, enter the minimum recording duration in minutes.
  2. In the field To, enter the maximum recording duration in minutes.

NOTICE! The selected recording duration should be between 1 minute and 5 minutes.

Users and Groups

In the field Participants, define the users whose recordings are to be replayed.

  1. Click on the field Participants.
  2. Enter the name of a user, a group or the participant phone number.
  3. Select one or several users or groups from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on the icon to remove a user, a group or a participant phone number from the list.

NOTICE! In the person selection list, users managed in Microsoft Azure AD can be searched for and selected with their user name (first name, last name) and group name. You can filter for other participants from outside your own Microsoft Azure AD by entering their phone number. Microsoft Teams saves all external phone numbers with the country code added. It is possible to filter for user groups and participants at the same time.

Recording Owner

  • All owners of the recordings are displayed.
  • All owners of the recordings are not displayed.

Applications

  1. Click in the field Applications.
  2. Select one or several application types from the drop-down list.

Imports

Drop-down list to filter for specific import jobs. The existing import jobs are created in the user configuration.

Import jobs which are no longer required or which have been created for one-time use can be archived.

Integrations

  1. Click in the field Integration selection.
  2. Select one or several integrations from the drop-down list.

Categories

  1. Click in the field Category.
  2. Select one or several categories from the drop-down list.

To create and edit categories, see Tab Compliance, chapter Tab Categories or Tab Settings, chapter User configuration > Tab Categories (User configuration) according to the specified user rights.

  1. Click in the field Policy Selection.
  2. Select one or several policies from the drop-down list.

NOTICE! Only already created policies can be selected, see Add Policy.

Show all policy versions

  • All versions of the policy are displayed.
  • All versions of the policy are not displayed.

Conversation Safe Folders

  1. Click in the field Conversation Safe Folders.
  2. Select one or several folders from the drop-down list.

NOTICE! To create Conversation Safe directories, the following access rule is required for User access - User rights > Conversation Safe with full access or restricted access.
