Tab Categories

Categories contain previously defined keywords that can be applied to a conversation. These categories are fixed designations or stored classifications that help to organize conversations thematically or highlight certain contexts.

Categories created in the tab Policy Rules Trigger > tab Categories are only visible for users with a compliance license and the add-on AI Policy Engine.

A user with a compliance license can see all created categories.

Use following functions to create, edit or delete a Category.

Table

The table is divided into two sections:

  • Category Templates: Categories preconfigured by ASC.
  • Custom Categories: Categories configured by the customer.

The following content is displayed in columns:

  • Name: Shows the name of the Category.
  • ID: Shows the unique identifier of the Category.
  • Frequency: Shows how frequently a keyword must occur in the transcript in order to trigger a categorization.
  • Sentiment: Shows the emotional intensity of a category as a percentage.
  • Link: Not yet available.
  • Keywords: Shows relevant keywords for the Category.
