Conversation ID

Unambiguous ID of the conversation.

Date & Time

This field indicates the local date and time of the recorded conversation event.

Time to Live

Duration for which the recording is kept. MM.DD.YYYY. The time shown corresponds to the local time zone of the system or user viewing the data and may differ from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The displayed value follows the format MM/DD/YYYY @h:mm AM/PM.

NOTICE! Displayed time values are automatically adjusted according to local time zone settings and may vary depending on daylight saving time or regional configurations.

Call Start Time (UTC)

This field indicates the exact date and time when the call started. The timestamp is provided in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and follows the ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sssZ

  • YYYY-MM-DD = Date (Year-Month-Day)
  • T = Separator between date and time
  • HH:MM:SS.sss = Time (Hour:Minute:Second.Milliseconds)
  • Z = Indicates UTC time (also known as Zulu time)

Scenario ID

MS Team ID of the call scenario.

Microsoft Call ID

MS Teams ID that is assigned to a bot call in Microsoft Teams. It is assigned when a bot is included in a conversation

Recording Type

Type of the recording. The following system information is displayed:

  • Bulk
  • Demand
  • Keep Delete
  • Unknown

Encryption key URL

URL of the encryption key.

Recorder ID /Bot ID

Selected media type The following system information is displayed:

Duration

Duration of the conversation. The time format 00:00:00 is used, which represents hours, minutes and seconds.

Conversation Type

Type of the conversation. The following system information is displayed:

  • Internal
  • External
  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Meetings
  • Chat

Chat ID

ID of the chat that was recorded. Chat IDs are only issued for the media type Chat.

Participant Information

More detailed metadata on individual participants. The first participant listed is the recording owner.

User IDs

List of IDs of the users connected with the recording.

Tenant IDs

List of IDs of the tenants that participated in the recording.

Join Date Times (UTC)

Time stamp when the respective participant joined the call. Only the first time is recorded but no changes of attendance status.

Device Display Name

Displays the device information associated with the recorded call. For Genesys integrations, this field includes additional metadata that provide more context about the routing and origin of the conversation:

  • IVR (Incoming Queue Name): Identifies the IVR entry point or incoming queue used before the call was connected.
  • ACD (Queue Name): Indicates the automatic call distribution queue through which the call was handled.
  • Phone Number: Displays the phone number assigned to the device or endpoint.

Application

Indicates the Microsoft Teams environment used to conduct the conversation. This field helps to identify the platform from which the conversation originated, which can be relevant for troubleshooting or analyzing performance differences between environments. The following system information is displayed:

  • Teams Browser: The call or chat was conducted using the Microsoft Teams web application.
  • Teams Client: The call or chat was conducted using the installed Microsoft Teams desktop application.

Leave Date Times (UTC)

Time stamp when the respective participant left the call. Only the first time is recorded but no changes of attendance status.
