Tab Rules
The Rules tab allows you to create and manage specific rules that control the recording, replay, access and analysis of conversations. The rules are divided into these 4 categories, see Configure recording rule,Configure access & right, Configure analytics rule, , Configure replay rule.

The following content is displayed in columns:
Name | List of all rules

Time | Creation date of the rule. | |
Group | Group assignment of the rules.

Description of the functionality bars
Call up online help | Opens the online help, see Open help. | |
Refresh view | Refreshes the currently displayed tab. | |
User configuration | Cancels user configuration. The tab Settings is loaded again. |
Buttons and icons in the tab Rules
| Add, create | Create new rules. |
| Change settings | Display and change the settings of the selected rule in the user configuration. |
Change settings | Change the settings of a rule in the user configuration. |
