Conversation Safe
In the conversation safe, recordings are saved permanently, i. e. the originally configured retention time (TTL) is ignored. If a recording is removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time (TTL) applies.

To create Conversation Safe directories, you need to go to User configuration > Rules tab > Access rule for user access - User rights > Conversation Safe with full access or Restricted access.
- Click on the icon
to open the tab Conversation Safe .
- The following window is displayed:

2 | Conversation Safe Table | Once a Conversation Safe folder is created and open, a table is displayed in the overview. The table contains all conversations that have been allocated to the Conversation Safe folder.

Live view of the conversation | Displays details of a currently running conversation in Microsoft Teams. The live view of the conversation allows starting, pausing, and stopping recordings. | |

Close conversation safe | Close the detail view of the conversation safe The tab Recording is displayed again. |
