Conversation safe (Tab Compliance)
In the conversation safe, recordings are saved permanently, i. e. their originally defined retention time (TTL) is ignored. If a recording is removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time (TTL) applies.

Open help | Opens the online help, see Open help. | |
Refresh view | Refreshes the view of the current tab. |
This view displays the directories and content in columns. If no directories have been created, all recordings are displayed in the directory Unallocated by default.

Header | Displays the title of the recording:

Media | = audio recording | |
Date | Date of the recording | |
Start Time | Displays the following start time:

Duration | Indicates the duration of the recording. | |
Owner | Displays the owner of the call. | |
Attendees | Indicates the number and the names of the participants. | |
Conversation ID | The conversation ID created by Recording Insights is used to unambiguously identify the recording. |
