Conversation safe (Tab Compliance)
In the conversation safe, recordings are saved permanently, i. e. their originally defined retention time (TTL) is ignored. If a recording is removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time (TTL) applies.

Open help | Opens the online help, see Open help. | |
Refresh view | Refreshes the view of the current tab. |
This view displays the folders and contents in columns. If no folders have been created, all recordings are displayed in the folder Unallocated by default.

Start | Displays the following start time:

Duration | Shows the duration of the recording. | |
Owner | Displays the owner of the call. | |

Conversation ID | Recording ID of the conversation created by Recording Insights |

Add folder | Create folder | Create new conversation safe folder, see Create conversation safe folder. |
| The drop-down list Actions is opened. Edit folder | Edit conversation safe folder, see Edit conversation safe folder. |
Expand folder | Expand folder, open | Display folder content. |
Collapse folder | Collapse folder, close | Collapse folder. |
- Change to the tab Conversation Safe.
- The detail view Conversation Safe of the tab Compliance is opened.
- To leave the conversation safe, select a different tab of the tab Compliance.
