Report and widget

A report is a visual display of captured data or information generated from different recordings, events or activities. Reports offer a summary of certain aspects or events. This includes recorded communication activities, user actions or system events. Reports allow you to quickly obtain an overview of relevant information, to identify trends or to monitor compliance requirements.

Create Report

A report can be created in the Dashboard tab. The report is displayed as a widget in the dashboard.

  1. Click on Create Report.
    The window Create Report opens

Open report

The widget menu contains the functions for editing and deleting reports and widgets. The report can also be opened in list view.

  1. Click on the three dots in the widget.
    The widget menu opens.
  2. Select Open report to open a list view of the report.

Edit report

The widget menu contains the functions for editing and deleting reports and widgets. The report can also be opened in list view.

  1. Click on the three dots in the widget.
    The widget menu opens.
  2. Select Change...

Delete report
