Tab Job

The Jobs tab is used for the administration and automation of data import and export, as well as the integration of Recording Insights into other online products. These functions are particularly useful for data processing, reporting and importing or exporting content.

Activate the tab Job, see Access & Right− Configure Administrator Rights.

For the import and export of data an additional export storage package is required, see License packages and contract numbers.

To integrate Recording Insights in other online products, a corresponding add on license is required, see License packages and contract numbers.

Tab Settings - Job

Legend	Option / Function	Description
1	Menu	Main functions for the tab Jobs. Choose job type you want to add and filter for historical jobs. Add a new export, import or integration job: Click on the button Add Job . Export Job, see Add Export Job Import job, see Add Import Job Integrations job, see Add Integration Job. Decide, if you want toDisplay Historical Jobs Move the toggle switch left or right to display the historical jobs or not. Off: Historical Jobs will not be displayed. On: Historical Jobs will be displayed.
2	Table	Please refer to the table for the following information: Name: Displays the unambiguous, unique name of the job. Enabled: Indicates whether or not the job is currently active (On / Off). Group: Shows the job type (Export Job, Import Job, Integration Job). State: Current status of the job. See for detailed status information the section State further down this page. Next Run: Scheduled time of the next execution. Last Successful Run: Time of the last execution. Number of Conversations: Shows the number of calls that were exported/imported during the last job. Total Calls: Shows the total number of calls exported/imported by this job. Remaining Package Size: Indicates how much storage space is still available for the export job. ID: Unique identifier (ID) of the job that is used for identification.
3	Settings	Edit a job and/or move it to historical jobs. Click on the icon in the corresponding line. The configuration options depend on the job type, see: Edit Export Job, Edit Import Job, Edit Integration Job NOTICE! Jobs cannot be deleted, they can only be archived or disabled, see Archive Export Jobs and Archive Import Jobs

Export Job:

Unknown: Never started before.
Preparing: Messages are being generated.
BloombergCheck: BloombergCheck on files done (Bloomberg only).
Exported: Data is transferred
DatalakeReady: Data is ready to be transferred (eKontakt only).
MetadataUpdated: Data is processed internally.

Import Job:

Unknown: Never started before.
Preparing: Messages are being generated.
DatalakeReady: Import reports ready to be transferred (Genesys only)
Imported: Data is imported.
MetadataUpdated: Data is processed internally.
FilesChecked: Configure SourceTTL is used to decide if blobs from blobstorage should be deleted (ASCRI, Neo, RedBox, Nice only)

Description of the functionality bars

	Call up online help	Opens the online help, see Open Help.
	Refresh view	Refreshes the currently displayed tab.
	User configuration exit	Cancels user configuration. The tab Settings is loaded again.
