Add new user

To add new users, assign them an available license from your license package. Make sure that the users have previously been created in Microsoft Entra ID, see Tenant configuration.

New users initially have no user and compliance rules. To ensure complete recording and analysis capability, rules for recordings, playbacks, access rights and analyses must be added, see Configure recording rule, Configure replay rule, Configure access & right, Configure analytics rule.

  1. Click on the button Add User.
  2. Select an available license from the list of license packages.
  3. The following window is displayed:

  1. Click in the field Search.
  2. Enter the name or the first letter of the name.
  3. Select one or several users from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on the button Add selection to register the selected users with the selected license.
  1. The selected user is registered with the selected license.
