Tab Dashboard
The dashboard is a central hub granting an overview of different aspects of the communication activities. Its intuitive GUI allows displaying and analyzing information quickly and efficiently including a large number of reports about recordings, audits, analyses, and live activities. Reports are displayed in widgets.
The dashboard is the central location to access important data quickly, to recognize trends, to monitor key performance indicators, and to detect potential issues. It also allows monitoring the efficiency, security, and compliance of the communication platform.
The user rules determine how the reports are created and executed as well as which information and options are displayed.
