Conversation Safe

In the conversation safe, recordings are saved permanently, i. e. the originally configured retention time (TTL) is ignored. If a recording is removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time (TTL) applies.

To create Conversation Safe directories, you need to go to User configuration > Rules tab > Access rule for user access - User rights > Conversation Safe with full access or Restricted access.

  1. Click on the tab Conversation Safe.
  2. Select one folder.

Menu

When selecting a conversation safe folder the function menu will appear above the table. It contains following options:

  • Export: Export of audio, metadata and transcript.
  • Edit: Editing of the selected Conversation Safe Folder.
  • Delete: Final deletion of the selected Conversation Safe Folder.

 

Export

Recordings can be exported as ZIP file. There are for options to export the content Conversation Safe Folder:

  • Audio: Exports all audio data of the recordings within the Conversation Safe Folder.
  • All Data: Exports all data of the recordings within the Conversation Safe Folder.
  • Metadata: Exports all metadata of the recordings within the Conversation Safe Folder.
  • Metadata + Transcript: Exports all metadata and transcripts of the recordings within the Conversation Safe Folder.

Edit

A Conversation Safe Folder can be edited. Following information can be changed:

  • Folder name
  • Description
  • Assigned to
  • Folder permissions
  • Limited access

NOTICE! If you want to change recordings within the Conversation Safe Folder, see Edit Conversation Safe Folder.

 

Delete

A Conversation Safe Folder can be deleted, see Delete Conversation Safe Folder.

Table

The table displays following information:

  • Folder: Displays the Conversation Safe Folder name.
  • No. of recordings: Displays the total number of the contained recordings.
  • Owner: Shows, who owns the Conversation Safe Folder.
  • Assignees: Shows, who is assigned to the Conversation Safe Folder.
  • Description: Displays the description of the Conversation Safe Folder.

NOTICE! Shared Folders are displayed to those who have the appropriate permissions.

  1. Click on the folder name to open the Conversation Safe Folder.
    A list of the recordings appears, see XXX.

Create Folder

Create a new Conversation Safe Folder, see Add Conversation Safe Folder.

Columns

Select the columns you want to display, see List View.

Tile View

  • List view: Displays recordings in tile view, see List View.
  • Tile view: Displays recordings in list view, see Tile View.

NOTICE! Tile View: A further section, called Shared Folders, is displayed to those who have the appropriate permissions.
