Conversation Safe
In the conversation safe, recordings are saved permanently, i. e. the originally configured retention time (TTL) is ignored. If a recording is removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time (TTL) applies.

To create Conversation Safe directories, you need to go to User configuration > Rules tab > Access rule for user access - User rights > Conversation Safe with full access or Restricted access.
- Click on the tab Conversation Safe.
- Select one folder.
- The following window is displayed:

Tile View: A further section, called Shared Folders, is displayed to those who have the appropriate permissions. |
Export: Export of audio, metadata and transcript.
Edit: Editing of the selected Conversation Safe Folder.
Delete: Final deletion of the selected Conversation Safe Folder.
