Export Conversation Safe Folder

The Conversation Safe folder can be exported as a ZIP file and sent password-encrypted to your own email address. Recording Insights offers various combinations for export.

  1. Select a Conversation Safe Folder.
  2. Click on the button Export.
  3. The following window is displayed:

  1. Choose one of the export options: Audio, All Data, Metadata, Metadata + Transcript.
  2. The following window is displayed (example picture):

  1. Enter a File Name.
  2. Type in a ZIP Password so only you can exit the ZIP file. NOTICE! The password must be at least 8 characters long.
  3. Retype the ZIP Password to confirm the first entry.
  4. Click on the button Export to confirm the download.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the export.
