A wallboard is a real-time overview of agent activities and running conversations.
Legend | Option / function | Description |
1 | Agents On Call | Real-time overview of agents in conversation. Enables you to monitor the availability of agents and ensure that sufficient staff are available to handle conversations. |
2 | Live Inbound | Real-time overview of the number of active, incoming conversations. |
3 | Live Total | Real-time overview of the number of active, incoming conversations. |
4 | Agent Talk Time | Overview of the total call time of the agents. The call duration is specified in minutes. |
