Edit AI Adherence Phrase

Select the AI Adherence phrase to be edited.
Click on the button Edit phrase.
The following window is displayed:

Legend	Option / function	Description
1	Name	In the Name field, enter a unique name for the new AI Adherence phrase that does not already exist.. NOTICE! When saving the AI Adherence phrase, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another AI Adherence phrase.
2	Description	Entering a description is optional. In the field Description, enter additional details and information about the field of application.
3	Phrase	Define the exact phrase or statement to be recognized in conversations.
4	Related phrases	Give alternative wordings that make the same point. Click Add to add a new related phrase. Click Delete all to delete all entries. Click on symbol to delete one entry.
5	Unrelated Phrases	Define phrases that sound similar but are not relevant to minimize false alarms. Click Add to add a new unrelated phrase. Click Delete all to delete all entries. Click on symbol to delete one entry.

NOTICE! Semantic analysis allows you to capture different wordings that have the same meaning. This improves the flexibility of conversations while maintaining the core message.

Click on the button Save to save the settings.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
