Tab Adherence Phrases

Adherence phrases are predefined announcements or messages. These announcements are defined text modules or pre-stored statements to ensure that certain content is communicated in a standardized way.

The purpose of adherence phrase is to ensure consistency and compliance in communication by always communicating certain statements in the same form. They enable the user to check frequently required statements quickly and efficiently.
A adherence phrase could be a predefined greeting, a safety warning or legally required information that must be communicated.

The following content is displayed in columns:

Name: Shows the name of the Adherence phrase.
Description: Shows the description of the Adherence phase.
Phrase: Shows the Adherence phrase that has been configured.
Adherence: Shows the percentage of the Adherence value.
Contained: Shows the setting of Falls below or exceeds Adherence value.
