Permission Request

When using ASC Copilot Agent, the system requires your permission to connect Copilot with Recording Insights.

This permission must be granted every day when using the app for the first time.

  1. Click on the more icon and search for Copilot.
  2. Select Copilot to open it.
  1. Enter a prompt or select one from the prompt suggestions below.
  3. The Copilot will ask for your permission to connect to Recording Insights.
  4. Click on the button Allow to allow the connection.
  6. The Copilot will then ask you to sign in to Recording Insights. This step finalizes the secure link between Copilot and Recording Insights.
  7. Click on the button Sign in to ASC Recording Insights. You will be automatically logged in.
  1. ASC Copilot Agent displays the answer for the prompt.
