Audit

An audit log grants an overview of different events including recording errors, activity checks, system status as well as export or import errors and their causes. Events in conversations or recordings are identified and visualized. The audit comprises a large variety of audit events.

Current Calls

Overview of the conversations currently taking place. Allows monitoring the current state of the communication platform and reacting to events or trends in the conversations promptly.

Audit Logs

Audit logs serve to monitor and follow up on actions to improve security. You can create overviews to check compliance demands, to identify potential security gaps, or to follow up on events. Create audit logs created with different audit events, see Audit events to create an audit log.

Calls With Problems

Due to an error, the call has not been recorded. Capturing and analyzing these errors allows diagnosing problems in the recording infrastructure.

Examples of recording errors:

  • Metadata not available.
  • Audio file is not available or has a duration of 0.
  • Audio file contains only silence.
  • The length of the audio file is not the same as the length specified in the metadata.

Active users

Overview of active users on the platform including their status, available, busy, current display). Allows monitoring the workload of users and ensuring that sufficient resources are available to handle conversations.

User Check

Verification of user activity and processing status. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the latest recording, chat, and integration activity of users and supports administrators in monitoring system usage and configuration accuracy.

Value Types:

  • Last Teams Invite: Displays the date and time of the last Microsoft Teams meeting invitation initiated or received by the user.
  • Last Teams Chat Sync: Shows the latest synchronization of Teams chat messages for the user, including the processing ratio of active chat functions.
  • Last Mail Sync: Indicates the most recent synchronization of email activities associated with the user account.
  • Last RingCentral Sync: Displays the date and time of the last completed synchronization with RingCentral. This allows administrators to verify the integration status and data updates.
  • Last Zoom Sync: Shows the most recent synchronization between Zoom and the system, confirming that recordings and meeting data have been correctly imported.
  • Last Genesys Sync: Indicates the last processed synchronization event with Genesys, including queue or device data, ensuring that contact center activities are tracked accurately.
  • Transcript Language: Displays whether transcription is activated for the user and which transcription languages are currently configured.NOTICE! If the No Transcript without user setting checkbox is active in the analytics rule, no transcription is performed until the user manually selects languages in the settings view.

Health Check

Overview of the current status of the recording bots and the service structures. Allows detecting potential problems or error states in the system.

  • Service structures
    • Status output 0 = everything is OK.
    • Status output 1 = an error has occurred.

Not Exported

Overview not exported conversation. The conversations are organized by conversation type, see Conversation Type.

Exported

Overview of successfully exported recordings. Allows monitoring the success of the export process and ensuring that relevant conversations have been exported accordingly.

Not Imported

Overview of non-imported conversations. Conversations are categorized by conversation type, see Conversation Type.

Overview of successfully imported recordings. Allows monitoring the success of the import process and ensuring that relevant conversations have been imported accordingly.

DTMF

Overview of phone numbers added to the whitelist via Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) input. The report displays which numbers have been added, their validity period (creation and end dates), and whether numbers were removed manually.
