Screenshare Summary

The Screenshare Summary feature is designed to enhance the analysis of recordings with screen share by providing detailed insights and summaries of the shared content.

Screen share analysis operates by capturing text from the shared content using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The extracted text is then processed by Azure AI GPT-4o mini, which generates a concise summary. This summary is displayed in the transcript area and visually presented.

The summarized results, including time stamps, are added to the transcript to provide context for the shared content. Additionally, a new Screenshare channel was added to the Policy creation, allowing AI questions from a Policy Rule to be applied to the screenshare summary, see Add Policy.

The AI Assistant can create a screen share summary either automatically or on demand.

Activate this feature in Analytics Rule > Screenshare Summary.
