Export Conversation Safe
The Conversation Safe folder can be exported as a ZIP file and sent password-encrypted to your own email address. Recording Insights offers various combinations for export.
- Choose the Conversation Safe folder you want to download.
- Click on the icon
at the end of a Conversation Safe Folder to open more options. - The following window is displayed:
- Click on the button
Export - The following window is displayed:
- Audio: Creates a ZIP of the conversation which contains an XML file and a WAV file.
- All Data: Creates a ZIP file of the conversation which contains an XML file, a WAV file, an MP4 file, and a CSV file, depending on the recording.
- Metadata: Exports the metadata of the conversation as XML file.
- Metadata + Transcript: Exports the metadata and transcript of the conversation as XML file.
- Select one of the options.
- Click on next.
- The following window is displayed:
- Fill out the fields in Conversation Download:
- ZIP password: Set your personal ZIP password.
- Filename: Change the file name if necessary.
- ZIP Password Check: Repeat your ZIP password.
- Click on Start The following notification appears at the bottom left of the screen:
- The ZIP file is sent by e-mail to the creator of the Conversation Safe folder.
