Visualization of the Recording

The visualization of the recording offers a graphical display of the recording in half-wave form. This offers an intuitive and clear analysis of the recording as you can highlight sentiments, keywords, and policies. This allows tracing the occurrence of peculiarities in the course of the conversation directly.

Legend	Description	Icon	Description
1	Replay		Click on the icon to start the replay of the recording. The replay of video and speech starts. NOTICE! Chats cannot be visualized. Chats are displayed in the tab Transcript within the timeline, see Recording Details and Metadata.
2	Position marker		The position marker indicates the current replay position. There are 2 possibilities to change the current replay position: Click on any replay position. Left-click on the position marker, hold the mouse key down and drag the position marker to the required position.
3	Icon Clean-up		Select the position where a clean-up starts or ends. NOTICE! Executed and non-executed clean-ups are displayed.
4	Audio track display		The audio track of the recording is displayed as a half-wave. This offers a comfortable overview of time.
5	Show/Hide keywords and policies or change speed	Markers: Keywords, Policy	Click on the icon to show or hide the menu for markers and speed. The icons and highlight facilitate navigation and analysis of the recording by visualizing essential information.
5	Show/Hide keywords and policies or change speed	Speed	The Variable replay speed function allows users to flexibly adjust the replay speed of audio files. Four speed options are available: 0.75x: Slow replay speed. Normal: replay speed. 1.5x: Accelerated replay speed. 2x: Very fast replay speed. Click on one of the four available speed levels. The replay speed is immediately adjusted accordingly.
6	Keywords	Keywords	The icon highlights the positions where certain keywords appear. Hover the mouse cursor above the respective icon to display a short description of the keyword or policy. Click on the respective icon to jump to the corresponding position with the position marker .
6	Policies	Policy and	The yellow triangles highlight where a policy is triggered. Hover the mouse cursor above the respective icon to display a short description of the keyword or policy. Click on the respective icon to jump to the corresponding position with the position marker .
