Copilot Outlook

The Copilot Outlook Extension is simply another way to access the ASC Copilot Agent. It provides a chat-based interface within Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to interact with Recording Insights using supported skills. Based on an alarming notification (e.g., triggered by a policy or category hit), users can check relevant conversation directly via Copilot, without needing to navigate through the Recording Insights interface.

NOTICE! Since Outlook sandbox does not allow opening links, the log in must be done via Teams beforehand.

 

How to open Copilot Agent in Outlook - Option 1

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Press the Copilot button on the top right.
  4. Click on the menu button to choose the database you want to use.
  6. Select ASC Copilot Agent.
  8. Enter a prompt. For prompt examples, see Skills and Prompts.
