Copilot Outlook

The Copilot Outlook Extension is simply another way to access the ASC Copilot Agent. It provides a chat-based interface within Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to interact with Recording Insights using supported prompts and skills. Based on an alarming notification (e.g., triggered by a policy or category hit), users can check relevant conversation directly via Copilot, without needing to navigate through the Recording Insights interface.

How to open Copilot in Outlook - Option 1

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Press the Copilot button on the top right.
  4. Open the Copilot menu.
  6. Click on the menu button to choose the database you want to use.
  8. Select Recording Insights.
  10. Ask a question or enter a prompt.
