AI Assistent

The AI Assistant module allows you to create and manage AI-supported questions and execute them automatically or on demand. The collected responses can be saved and used for further analysis. The AI Assistant is now placed between the replay bar and the transcript. The folded view is active by default. Available prompts for execution are defined within the replay rule.

To use the AI Assistant and the AI Assistant History, this must be assigned in the replay rule.

To activate the AI Assistant function area, configure the replay rule or assign the corresponding one, see the administration manual under: Settings tab > User configuration > Rules tab > Configure replay rule > AI Assistant - Main View

The AI Assistant questions configured by the replay rule can be selected in the drop-down list.

The areas can be shown and hidden using the arrows:

• closes areas
