To Do Requests
A request can be raised by any user who has the appropriate authorization. The request is always sent to the owner. The owner can decide whether to approve or reject the request.

To give a user permission to raise a request, see Administration Manual Recording Insights Configure > tab Settings > User configuration > tab Rules > Access & Rights > Replay Rule.
To submit a replay request, see Replay Request.
To submit a deletion request, see Actions.
- Click on the conversation name to open the recording.
- The following window is displayed:
- Click on Review at the end of the request massage.
- The following window is displayed:

- Click on the button Deny Request to reject the request.
Click on the button Approve to confirm the request.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the request.
To add a mandatory text for the request the checkbox Reasoning text required must be activated in the Access & Right rule.
